Terms of Service & Piracy Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using ViVo (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. License Grant

ViVo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the plan you purchased (1 Day, 1 Week, 2 Weeks, or Lifetime).

The license is tied to your hardware (HWID). You may not share, resell, redistribute, or transfer your key to another person or device.

3. Use Restrictions & Rec Room Policy

ViVo is an external tool designed for use with Rec Room. You acknowledge that using the Software may violate Rec Room's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or other actions taken by Rec Room against your account. Use of the Software is entirely at your own risk.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product and instant key delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks under any circumstances, including bans, detection, or dissatisfaction.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate revocation of your license and permanent blacklist from future purchases.

5. Piracy & Unauthorized Distribution Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards piracy, cracking, leaking, or any unauthorized distribution of ViVo.

• Sharing, reselling, or distributing your key or the Software is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, deobfuscate, or modify the Software will result in permanent revocation of your license.
• Leaking the Software on forums, Discord servers, YouTube, or any other platform is strictly forbidden.
• All builds are watermarked and actively monitored. Offenders will be identified and pursued.

We expressly reserve all rights to pursue civil remedies, including but not limited to monetary damages, injunctive relief, and legal fees, against any individual or entity that leaks, distributes, or facilitates the unauthorized distribution of ViVo. In addition to immediate license revocation and permanent blacklisting, we reserve the right to initiate legal action (including lawsuits) in the appropriate jurisdiction to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Violators may face civil or criminal penalties depending on applicable laws.

6. Updates & Support

Lifetime purchasers receive all future updates for free. Temporary licenses (1 Day, 1 Week, 2 Weeks) do not include updates beyond the license period.

Support is provided exclusively via our Discord server. We do not guarantee fixes for game updates or detections.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ViVo and its developers are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to account bans, data loss, hardware issues, or any other consequences arising from the use of the Software.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
